**Key Qualifications**

* Experience developing technical, tool, and procedural training to support call center Advisors

* Experience partnering at a high level on change management initiatives.

* Project management experience and/or certification.

* Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

* Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.

* Ability to work independently and be self-directed.

* Quickly and effectively shifts gears to meet changing business requirements.

* Ability to work effectively on global and virtual teams and accommodate time differences.*


**Description**

As an AppleCare Course Developer you will develop technical training content covering a variety of topics. You will use your Instructional Design and Project Management skills to:


oAnalyze data to determine training opportunities

oCreate innovative curricula to support key business initiatives

oWork collaboratively with Development Teams for Rapid Instructional Design


You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify training needs, consult on change management strategy, and create instructor led and computer based solutions using sound instructional design and adult learning principles while being innovative and on the cutting edge of technology. You'll work in a fast-paced rewarding environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision that demands high quality, creativity and consistency.


Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and implement self-paced e-learning training content

Ensure training is innovative, engaging and on the cutting edge of training technology

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and manage projects through to completion.



**Education**

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 2-6 years work experience in a training and development field.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field.


**Additional Requirements**


Preferred

Experience developing technical training for Apple hardware and software

Experience with Dreamweaver or other html authoring tools

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other image manipulation tools

Experience authoring content for/within a Content Management System

Experience with Learning Management Systems.

Experience with Blackboard Collaborate or WebEx.
