**Job Summary**

Apple's Retail Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of world-class online and in-store experiences geared towards small and medium sized businesses.

**Key Qualifications**

* Minimum of 7 years marketing experience, client or agency side

* Retail and/or B2B experience preferred, including both ecommerce and brick and mortar

* Proven experience managing and measuring successful CRM and digital marketing campaigns, including content development

* Ability to manage complex program details while considering how each element impacts the big picture

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables

* Proven ability to creatively and elegantly solve problems and manage requirements through negotiation, tact, and diplomacy in a high pressure environment

* Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills

* Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs and adept at building, designing, and delivering presentations

* Experience working in a global organization on multi-market, multi-language projects

* Self-starter with the ability to work independently

* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

* Comfortable with ambiguity

* Proficient in Apple Productivity Apps, including Keynote, Pages, and Number

This person is a dynamic, highly motivated marketer who has a proven track record executing projects from strategy and concept through to production and delivery, working alongside a global cross-functional team of Marketers, Product Managers, Business Owners, Merchants, Creatives, Apple Partners, and more. They therefore must possess a strategic mind, the organizational skills of a project manager, the obsession of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product, business, and creative teams.

The ideal candidate has a deep passion and understanding of the Apple brand, vision, objectives, and customer experience. They are a natural leader, they thrive in fast-paced environments, and are on top of trends in retail, marketing, and the world around us.
